Cafe Fables is an independent editorial website about the history, people and recipes of Vietnamese coffee. You can reach us at hello@cafefables.store.

2. What we collect

We collect very little. If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. We use this only to reply to you.

3. Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or invasive analytics. The site stores one preference locally in your browser: your light/dark theme choice. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are kept automatically by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used for advertising and are not sold or shared.

4. Third-party services

Recipe and story images are served from Unsplash. Fonts are served from Google Fonts. These services may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) according to their own policies. We do not pass any of your data to them.

5. Who we share data with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We only disclose it if required by law.

6. Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what data we hold about you or to request its deletion.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post a notice on the homepage.
